We provide very competive prices with excellent customer service.
Every situation is unique, so to give you the best possible pricing, estimates are free.
We want your business. Provide us with a written quote for services from a legitimate computer repair business in the area and we will beat their price by 10%.
Individuals providing computer services, without a business license, do not apply. Discount applies to labor charges, hardware not included.

Business Customers
- Onsite: $70/hour and $29 travel fee
- In Shop: $65/hour
- Remote: 0.90/min or $54/hour
Residential Customers
- Onsite: $60/hour and $29 travel fee
- In Shop: $45/hour
- Remote: 0.65/min or $39/hour
- Half hour minimum for onsite and in shop work, by the minute thereafter. No minimum for remote/telephone support.
Thirty day warranty on labor/repairs and any parts purchased.
Below you will find some of the common computer issues and our rates. Some circumstances don't always fit in these categories, so you can always give us a call for a free estimate.
Hardware Diagnostics
- Computer not booting or running properly? Hardware diagnostics can test all the components on your computer to determine if you have a hardware problem. A report with any problems is given to you.
- Onsite: $85 flat diagnostic fee and $29 travel fee
- In Shop: $75 flat diagnostic fee
- Regular hourly rate would apply for making repairs, and estimates are free.
Data Recovery or Transferring Files
- Have you accidently erased files you need, or is your computer not booting to get to your files?
- Onsite: Regular hourly rate and $29 travel fee
- In Shop: $65 flat fee per computer
Virus and Spyware Removal
- You many not know this but you can have spyware on your computer without it being obvious, e.g., annoying popups. A thorough check can determine if you have any spyware or viruses. Charges for this can vary depending on the level of infection, and additionally, whether you need any data backed up or recovered. Estimates are free, so give us a call.
Slow Computer
- Slow computers have a variety of causes, everything from malfunctioning hardware and underpowered hardware to viruses/spyware and software issues. A thorough checkup can help determine the cause.

Preventative Maintenance
- You can help prevent problems and keep your computer running efficiently with preventative maintenance.
- Onsite: $85 flat fee and $29 travel fee
- In Shop: $75 flat fee
Security Checkup
- If you have personal information on your computer or do any online banking a security checkup should be considered. A thorough check can be performed to identify any weaknesses, and a report with recommendations is given to you.
- Onsite: $85 flat checkup fee and $29 travel fee; additional computers $45 each
- Regular hourly rate applies for correcting security breaches and making any security enhancements from the report. Estimates are free.
Computer Cleaning
- Computer are good dust collectors, and this dust layer can collect and damage components and cause performance issues as they heat up, leading to premature failure of your computer. Additionally, dust can also interfere with normal operation of CDs and DVDs, so it is good to clean the internal components of your computer periodically to extend their life and prevent computer failures.
- Onsite: $55 flat cleaning fee for desktop computers and $65 flat cleaning fee for laptops and $29 travel fee; additional computers $45 each
- In Shop: Same fee but no travel charges.
Network Setup and Networking Computers
- Computer networks are setup specific for your specific needs and are thus unique to your situation. So, charges for this vary depending on your needs; give us a call for a free estimate.
New Computer Setup
- Computers are setup specific for your specific needs and are thus unique to your situation. So, charges for this vary depending on your needs; give us a call for a free estimate.
- First 25 miles are free; 0.25 cents/mile thereafter. And $29 for laptops and $39 for desktop computers. Additional components are $15 each, e.g., a printer; the fee includes connecting all cables for the computer at your place. Regular hourly rate applies for work beyond connecting all cabeling. Travel to purchase any necessary parts while onsite or for immediate repair in shop is $39 plus the cost of parts, and no hourly rates are charged. Estimates are free, so give us a call for more specific pricing.
